У WSUS Переодически сносит крышу
Обновление винды это конечно хорошо, но почему постоянно появляются все новые и новые проблемы...
Если не подключается консоль WSUS, то читаем логи:

Лечим вот так:
disable allow anonymous access in IIS>API remoting 30
enable windows integrated
Пройдусь немного по правам и настройкам IIS:
Default Web Site:
App/Site Auntification: (IWA,DA,BA,.Net) Enable anonymous

Тестируем сервер:
Читаем логи в C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC1
Тестируем подключение клиента wuauclt /detectnow
